We are seeking an Architect to work on National Museum projects and a number of exciting educational buildings at our friendly and collaborative studio in London.  The office is currently working on projects for the British Museum, All Souls College, Corpus Christi College and St Edmund Hall in Oxford, The British Academy and Lambeth Palace.

The practice is a supportive, fun, and cooperative environment.  We have a profit share scheme and provide a shared office lunch.  We pay for eyesight tests for staff that wear glasses and have a sports therapist that comes in monthly to do free massages.  Training opportunities are frequently provided and we have a high staff retention rate.

We are looking for someone with robust technical knowledge & experience and a commitment to sustainability, design quality and detailing.

The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of and empathy with our design approach. They will be able to work as part of a team but also with self-direction and initiative, displaying a strong commitment to the job.

The following attributes are required:

• ARB registered
• Exceptional technical experience and CAD skills in AutoCAD and Revit (2D and 3D) software platforms preferred.
• Experience in writing Stage 4 Technical Design specifications would be a plus.
• Excellent communicator and ability to work within a team
• Excellent knowledge of construction and detailing
• Talented designer
• Experience working with listed buildings and/or within sensitive heritage contexts is a plus
