Lambeth Palace wins Sustainable Project of the Year 2026
We are delighted that the Lambeth Palace Masterplan has won Sustainable Project of the Year 2026 at the Museum + Heritage Awards
Judges described the project as a "standout example of sustainability considered at every level, proving that heritage and environmental stewardship are not just compatible, but mutually inspiring."
The project combined a fabric-first approach with a new Energy Centre, alongside upgrades to access and the careful repair and adaptation of the Palace’s historic fabric.
We are proud to receive this joint award alongside Gloucestershire Archives' Green Pledge Project.
