We relish exploring the potential of retrofit and a fabric first approach to unlock solutions to complex assemblages of existing buildings and sites. Following diligent research, often we find that small, strategic moves have the power to open up and resolve a project in a creative, cost effective and inherently sustainable way, catalysing memorable transformations.
